It is very difficult to spot Hypertension ( High Blood Pressure ). High blood pressure is a common and dangerous condition. Having high blood pressure means the pressure of the blood in your blood vessels is higher than it should be (Normal Range 80-120 mm Hg). As per CDC data about 75 million people—have high blood pressure. 
High blood pressure is also known as silent killer. why? because it often has no warning signs or symptoms. 
      But additionally, you may experience something like that:

  • Flax-seed: Consuming flax seed in a verity of food helps in reduction of high blood pressure. Flax seeds contain alpha-linolenic acid, lignans, peptides, and fiber.
  • Olive oil: As per Spanish researchers, adding olive oil to the diet helps to reduce your high blood pressure. You may see effects over the period of four months. 
  • Pistachios: Who had high LDL cholesterol, ate one or two servings of pistachio nuts daily for four weeks. In the end, the lower dose of nuts was better at reducing systolic blood pressure than the higher dose.
  • Pomegranate: Consuming more than a cup of pomegranate juice every day for four weeks was linked to a drop in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
  • Whole grains: As per American journal of clinical nutrition, eating whole grains affected blood pressure in middle-aged people. They found that eating three servings of whole grains was linked with a reduction in systolic blood pressure. 
  • Dairy: Low-fat yogurt and milk (but not cheese) help in reducing of hypertension.  People who consume low-fat dairy also simply may have a healthier overall lifestyle.
  • Chocolate: Consuming dark chocolates or cocoa products helps in high blood pressure.  cocoa products are associated with the formation of nitric oxide, a substance that widens blood vessels and eases blood flow—and thereby lowers blood pressure. 

How to prevent high blood pressure (Hypertension ) :

You need your blood pressure in normal range.so include listed foods in your diet. Follow these things :

  •  Eating a healthy diet.
  • Maintaining a healthy weight.
  • Getting enough physical activity.
  • Not smoking.
  • Limiting alcohol use.
  • Manage diabetes
  • Control blood pressure
  • Take your high blood pressure medicines
